how do wE come back from the bad things in life?

the more i look around and after my own bouts of discomfort i realize that the world is full of tragedy and 'things' hard.  what is the 'thing' that keeps us from laying in bed all day long hiding from the sun along with the reminders of pain?

chance of 'things' discovered and 'things' new inspire mE to cOmE bAcK from or out of mY stinky sheets to take a shower and embrace the opportunities of the day, and live in the moment.....i have learned that sometimes 'the moment' is all wE can count on.
